We work in dynamic partnership with some of the leading national organisations in education, training, employability and skills as well as a host of schools, colleges, universities and employers to make a real difference to lives and experiences.

We proactively work with a range of strategic partners. Our partners include:
- The Local Enterprise Partnership
- Employment and Skills Partnership
- Jobcentre Plus
- Association of Employers and Learning Providers (AELP)
- West Yorkshire Learning Providers (WYLP)
Aspire-igen acts on some programmes as a prime contractor, and as such is required to meet the cost of programme management, quality assurance, data recording and financial audit. When acting as a prime contractor, we will seek to minimise any management fees we take.

This keeps us on top of current local and national strategies and means that we can advise on the latest issues.

OUR SUB-CONTRACTING POLICY FOR THE ASPIRE2WORK PROGRAMME
Aspire-igen recognises that working with different organisations and partners can bring additional benefits to each organisation and particularly the communities we seek to serve. At the same time it is imperative that services supplied are effective, high quality and good value for money. As such our policy seeks to create an effective procedure for the identification of new partners, and due diligence to ensure quality assurance and organisational integrity.
