Project Support Officer – Aspire2Lead

York

Aspire2Lead (A2L) is an exciting, new project that addresses gender inequality and supports women to achieve their potential and contribute to the growth of businesses in the York and North Yorkshire LEP. Through a package of 12 inter-connected interventions, A2L offers training and support to employed/self-employed women to tackle specific barriers to equality and enable them to progress in the workforce. The project also supports SMEs through organisational change to adopt more equality-based values, processes, systems and structures that help them to attract and retain women into their workforce.

Vocational Tutor / Assessor – Construction Level 1 & 2

Leeds

An exciting teaching opportunity has arisen for an experience, knowledgeable and passionate teacher to teach Construction. As a vocational tutor you will have a full time cohort of 2 groups of about 15 to 20 learners. You will be responsible for delivering both vocational and tutorial lessons, bringing learning to life in a way that excites and inspires our learners. You will work closely with a learner support officer to support learners through their journey from recruitment to achievement, taking full responsibility for the achievement of your learners.

Health and Social Care Vocational Tutor / Assessor

Bradford

An exciting teaching opportunity has arisen for an experienced, knowledgeable and passionate teacher to teach HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE. You will be responsible for delivering both vocational and tutorial lessons, bringing learning to life in a way that excites and inspires our learners. You will work closely with a learner support officer to support learners through their journey from recruitment to achievement, taking full responsibility for the achievement of your learners.

Motor Vehicle Maintenance Vocational Tutor

Bradford

York

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Key Worker to join our Aspire2Lead (A2L) Team. Aspire2Lead (A2L) is an exciting, new project that addresses gender inequality and supports women to achieve their potential and contribute to the growth of businesses in the York and North Yorkshire LEP. Through a package of 12 inter-connected interventions, A2L offers training and support to employed/self-employed women to tackle specific barriers to equality and enable them to progress in the workforce. The project also supports SMEs through organisational change to adopt more equality-based values, processes, systems and structures that help them to attract and retain women into their workforce. The successful Key Worker will support a caseload of employed/self-employed women, or women who are returning to work, to progress in work. Through initial assessments, individual and group careers advice and guidance and on-going support, you will develop an individual action plan that enables participants to access the right training and support for them.
